Your Job
You will be responsible for the development and expansion of the multi-channel dialog with a focus on automatization.

Daily tasks of the position:

Conception, implementation and success monitoring of automated and personalized customer journeys to activate customers across all direct marketing channels (email, app, web, print, sms)
Setting up newsletters, sms messages, app push, web push, in shop and in app communication
Responsibility for a group of customers based on their lifecycle and the strategic further development with the aim of CL optimization
Independent implementation of special projects from conception to design to implementation in close cooperation with the Graphics and IT departments, as well as external service providers and partners on demand
Preparing forecasts, analyses and reports on activities; creation of actions based on user segmentation
Conducting and analyzing A/B tests

Your Profile
Degree in marketing, economics, communication or similar with at least 2 years of working experience
Experience with Emarsys or similar Marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Good understanding of the target group of families
Good analytical skills, likes to work with data
Creative with texts & content
Very good german and english skills
